Everybody knows that hypodynamia, or the lack of motion, became a big problem for people all over the world. But at the sanatorium, everyone can find the possibility for active motion. So far, it’s not only the way to increase your feelings and moods, to lose weight, but also it helps you to prolong the youth. It was proved by the scientists as well that exercises are the main factors to slowdown the processes of aging and it’s also the prevention of the diseases.
That’s why; there are many procedures at the sanatorium for that case.
- Indoor male swimming pool in the third building - 25 meters long, also the hot tub and hot whirlpool are available. They are open for the guests every day from 6am till 10pm. ( Monday is the day of sanitary ) The price of the swimming pool is included into the main cost of package.
- Indoor female swimming pool is located in the medical building- 15 meters long, hot tub. It’s open for the guests every day from 9am till 6pm (Monday is the day of sanitary). The price of the swimming pool is included in to the package.
- Outdoor swimming pool – 25 meters long, is open at warm period from May till October, beach with umbrellas is next to the pool, the entrance is from the main building.
- The hot tub for 8 people, includes the steam baths, showers, locker rooms and a pool.
- Billiard - club (pool game) with 4 tables for American pool and Russian billiard.
- Bowling center with 4 lanes.
- Night club and a café.
- There are a few gyms in the main building and in the second building , they are available for all the guests or the sanatorium, there you can find modern trainers for all muscle exercises, weight training zone.
- There are two soccer fields covered with grass and with seats for spectators.
- A tennis court with polyurethane cover.
- Outdoor volleyball and basketball grounds.
- There are jogging lanes along the trees near the shore .
- Bicycle lane, bike -renting is available.
So, most of the services described above are included in to the price of the package. Although if some of the service you need to pay off the prices are still reasonable. The cost of the activities:
- Bowling - is 71RUB (Russian rubles) per person for a game
- Billiard – 1 hour – costs 107 RUB
- Bike- renting – the price of the bike to rent is 43 RUB per hour
You can use the sports grounds and tennis courts just free of charge.
