There are 10 cottages in the resort, each for 4 people. The central heating and air conditioning system make sanatorium ready to welcome guests all year round. The cottages are located in the quiet part of the resort, near the playground. Every room in the cottage is  a cozy furnished space providing peace and privacy for each guest.

It is two  two-storey buildings with 49 rooms. The buildings have double rooms of economy class, designed for warm and hot season from May to October inclusively. The rooms are equipped with bedroom furniture and air conditioners. The toilet is on each floor, and the showers are available next to each building .
